Lipstick and Lipliners

Women must properly apply lipstick, lip liner, or other lip products to look good. Use lighter shades during the day and darker at night. Matte and cream finishes provide a subtler look for daytime while high gloss finish offers glamorous touch for night time. Appear naturally beautiful by opting sheer, natural-looking shades. Remember to play only one – either the eyes or the lip and not both. Dark lip colour compliments light eye make up while light lip colour compliments dark eye make up.

If you cannot find the perfect colour, try blending two or more hues using a lip brush. Pick a lip liner that is a shade darker than your lipstick but belongs to the same colour family. Put on lip liner after applying lipstick to prevent having a dark circle around the mouth when the lipstick has worn off. Lip gloss magnifies the intensity of the sun’s rays directly towards the lips. Use a chap stick with SPF as base first.
